I originally wanted this with Tuki having hypno rings on her eyes.

Risky being wrapped up and with a irritated expression thinking who would dare oppose the (self appointed) Queen of the Seven Seas.

Tuki, with the enjoyment of watching Risky struggle, prepares her eyes to hypnotize Risky to seal the deal of her capture.
